Consultation Meeting
The Board of Directors and the Governance Committee invite you to attend a consultation meeting regarding potential amendments of our Constitution and Bylaws. Such amendments are being considered to serve the following purposes:
- Strengthening the legal integrity of the Society
- Defining the membership of the Society
- Increasing the Board of Director’s accountability
